SEZNIK One-Year Limited Warranty Policy – SEZNIK All In 1 - 15L Vacuum Cleaner
Thank you for choosing SEZNIK. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a one-year limited warranty for your vacuum cleaner to ensure your peace of mind. Below are the detailed terms and conditions of this warranty, including coverage, exclusions, and how to obtain service.
1.WARRANTY PERIOD & ELIGIBILITY
• Duration:
This product is warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty Provider:
The one-year warranty is provided by the manufacturer and seller, SEZNIK Lifestyle (Yugan Medical Industries Private Limited), and is honored by the manufacturer or authorized sellers. It is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.
• Authorized Purchase:
The warranty applies only to products purchased from SEZNIK or its authorized retailers/sellers (such as the official SEZNIK store, Amazon India or authorized online/offline sellers). Products bought from unauthorized dealers, second-hand, or through unofficial channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.
• Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or sales receipt showing the purchase date and seller) is required to claim warranty service. Please retain your invoice as it will be needed for any warranty claim. Without an official proof of purchase, we cannot process a warranty claim for service or replacement.
• Geographical Limit:
This warranty is applicable only within India.
2.WHAT IS COVERED?
Our one-year warranty covers defects or failures resulting from faults in manufacturing or workmanship under normal domestic use. Specifically, the warranty covers:
• Manufacturing Defects:
Any defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to malfunction under normal use.
• Motor Failures:
The vacuum cleaner’s motor is covered under this warranty. If the motor malfunctions or stops working due to a manufacturing defect (not caused by external damage), it will be repaired or replaced under warranty.
• Electronic Malfunctions:
Any failure of the product’s electronic components (such as switches, circuit board, or other electrical parts) due to manufacturing defects is covered.
• Other Covered Parts:
Any internal component failure or performance issue that can be attributed to a defect in manufacturing or assembly during the warranty period.
Remedy for Covered Defects:
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed within the 1-year period, SEZNIK will repair the product or replace the defective part/component at no charge, or replace the entire unit with a new or equivalent product, at our discretion. Any replacement product or part provided under warranty will be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty (the warranty period does not reset with a replacement).
3.WHAT IS NOT COVERED ? (EXCLUSIONS)
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Misuse or Abuse:
Damage or malfunctions caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, or negligence. This includes using the vacuum contrary to the user manual, such as:
– Picking up hot, burning or smoking materials
– Using on liquids or surfaces not recommended
– Running the vacuum continuously or in environments beyond normal household usage
• Normal Wear and Tear:
Parts that naturally wear out over time, including but not limited to:
– Filters
– Dust bags or dust containers
– Brushes, nozzles, accessories, hoses
– Wheels, cosmetic trims and surface finish
Gradual performance reduction of such parts or cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, etc.) is considered normal and not a defect.
• Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
Any repair, modification or service carried out by a person or service center not authorized by SEZNIK.
Opening, tampering with, or altering the product or its internal components by an unauthorised party will void the warranty.
• Accidental Damage or External Causes:
Damage resulting from:
– Dropping the unit, impact, cracks or breakage
– Liquid spills or water ingress beyond design limits
– Fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other natural disasters
– Pest damage or environmental conditions not intended by design
• Improper Electrical Supply or Accessories:
Use of incorrect voltage or unstable power supply, or use of non-genuine or incompatible accessories, attachments or spare parts.
• Commercial or Industrial Use:
This product is designed for domestic household use. Damage or early wear arising from commercial, industrial or continuous heavy-duty use is not covered.
• Serial Number Tampering:
The warranty is void if the product’s serial number, labels, or compliance markings have been removed, defaced or altered, or if the invoice appears tampered with or is invalid.
• Cosmetic Damages:
Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality (such as dents, discoloration, minor scratches) are not covered.

4.HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
If you experience a problem with your SEZNIK vacuum cleaner that you believe is due to a manufacturing defect and it occurs within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

– Product model name (and serial number, if present)
– Date and place of purchase
– Clear description of the issue (photos or videos as proof)
• Provide Proof of Purchase:
Share a clear photo or scanned copy of the purchase invoice or receipt. This is mandatory to verify warranty eligibility and purchase date.
• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
Our support team may guide you through basic checks and troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and appears to be a covered defect, the next step will be arranged.
• Pick-up & Service:
For eligible claims, SEZNIK will usually offer an off-site service:
– Arrange a free pick-up of the product from your address, or
– Direct you to an authorized service center, depending on your location and convenience.
The product will be inspected by SEZNIK technicians.
• Repair or Replacement:
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty terms:
– The product will be repaired, or
– If repair is not possible or not economical, SEZNIK may replace it with a new or equivalent unit.
All costs for parts, labour, and transportation (for valid warranty claims) will be borne by SEZNIK. The repaired or replaced product will be returned to you. The warranty for that unit continues only for the remaining period of the original one-year warranty.
• Out-of-Warranty or Non-Covered Cases:
If the issue is found not to be a manufacturing defect, or the product is outside the warranty period, we will:
– Inform you of the findings and provide a repair estimate (if repairable).
– Proceed with paid repair only after your approval.
– If you choose not to proceed with paid service, the product will be returned to you in the same condition.
5.LIMITATIONS AND LEGAL RIGHTS
This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided by SEZNIK for this product. SEZNIK’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product or its parts as described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEZNIK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of time
• Inconvenience
• Loss of use of the product
• Damage to property or other equipment
Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the same one-year period, unless otherwise required by local law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties; in such cases, certain limitations listed above may not apply to you.
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the country where the product was purchased. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this warranty.
